Warranty

Warranty Claims: Rest Assured

Complete Struts hereby warrants to the original purchaser that all auto parts we sell are brand new and inspected for defects. If an auto part is found to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, Complete Struts will replace or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.

If the product is found to be defective after the first 30 days of purchase and before the manufacturer's (1) year warranty period expired, Complete Struts will replace the defective units only.

When a product is found to be defective, Complete Struts will pay for the shipping of the replacement parts to the original purchaser. Warranty, and UPS related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to: Pictures, Video or Shipment back to the manufacturer.

Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed.

If the defective parts are request. to be returned to the manufacturer, Complete Struts will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver or suitable UPS facility for return shipment. Failure to return requested parts will result in denial of current warranty claims and forfeit of future warranty.

All returned auto parts must be accompanied by an approved RMA number provided by Complete Struts.

No reimbursements will be given for delay, labour, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.

Complete Struts is not responsible for items returned without an approved RMA number.
