Complete Struts hereby warrants to the original purchaser that all auto parts we sell are brand new and inspected for defects. If an auto part is found to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, Complete Struts will replace or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.
If the product is found to be defective after the first 30 days of purchase and before the manufacturer's (1) year warranty period expired, Complete Struts will replace the defective units only.
When a product is found to be defective, Complete Struts will pay for the shipping of the replacement parts to the original purchaser. Warranty, and UPS related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to: Pictures, Video or Shipment back to the manufacturer.
Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed.
If the defective parts are request. to be returned to the manufacturer, Complete Struts will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver or suitable UPS facility for return shipment. Failure to return requested parts will result in denial of current warranty claims and forfeit of future warranty.
All returned auto parts must be accompanied by an approved RMA number provided by Complete Struts.
No reimbursements will be given for delay, labour, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of the auto parts in question.
Complete Struts is not responsible for items returned without an approved RMA number.

Will these fit a 2013 Kia optima sxl?
Hi Sam, There are 2 types of struts for the Optima, 1 with the sway bar tab facing the front of the car & the 2nd has sway bar tabs facing rearwards towards the engine. from what i have looked up the SXL trim may have the rear facing sway bar tab which we do not carry yet. but best way to be sure is to take a look unfortunately.

I have a 2011 kia optima EX with 2.4 engine. As I understand there are 2 types of strut assemblies for a 2011 kia optima. Mine has a manufacture date of 11/2010 (for some reason that mattered at a different location). Will this fit my vehicle?
Hello Mr. Astacio, This is a really tricky vehicle, these vehicles came with 3 different versions of struts. PLEASE NOTE THAT ON OUR PART THE SWAY BAR BRACKET IS ON THE BOTTOM. THIS PART WILL NOT BE COMPATIBLE, WITH THE SWAY BAR BRACKET FACING REAR, NOR THE ONE WITH THE SWAY BAR BRACKET TOWARDS THE TOP OF THE STRUT. and unfortunately we only carry the one were the sway bar bracket is towards the bottom. Will these fit 2013 Kia Optima LX 2.4L US built?
